Due to the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal, the order and its acceptance by Hans-Martin Aurich – GLASHAUS Frankfurt initially result in a pending contractual relationship. The customer can revoke his contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the purchased item, unless you have acted in the course of your commercial or independent professional activity (orders placed by entrepreneurs). The period begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer, but at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. REVOCATION
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned. If the customer cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, the customer may have to compensate for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection – as it would have been possible in a shop. In addition, the customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as an owner and by refraining from anything that affects the value.
After receipt of your cancellation, we are obliged to reimburse any payments and you are obliged to return our delivery or item. If the returned goods have already been paid for, please enclose your bank details with the return shipment, and we will then credit the amount of money. When returning from a delivery of goods, the customer has to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones. In this case, please send back the claimed goods with sufficient postage. Of course, we will reimburse the full postage costs if the complaint is justified.
Please pay attention to the correct packaging of your return – please use our original outer packaging if possible.
